This Privacy Policy explains how ReviewWizard (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit trileafreviews.com, sign up for our service, submit a sales inquiry, or use a customer feedback page we host for a business client.
1. Who this policy covers
- Website visitors & prospects — people who browse our marketing site or contact us.
- Business customers — local businesses that subscribe to ReviewWizard.
- End customers — people who scan a client’s QR code and submit private feedback on a hosted feedback page.
2. Information we collect
From website visitors & sales inquiries: name, email, phone, business name, industry, and any message you send. We may also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (including via analytics tools such as Google Analytics when configured).
From business customers: account and billing details (processed by our payment provider, e.g. Stripe), business profile information, review platform links, branding preferences, mailing-list integration settings you choose to connect, and feedback/report data associated with your account.
From end customers on a feedback page: name, email, star rating, comments, and any other fields the business enables. That information is provided to the business that owns the feedback page so they can follow up and improve service.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the ReviewWizard service
- To host feedback pages, deliver notifications, and generate reports for our business customers
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To improve our site, prevent abuse, and maintain security
- To send service-related messages (and marketing only where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law)
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service:
- With the business customer when you submit feedback on their page (that is the purpose of the product)
- With service providers who help us host, email, process payments, analytics, or DNS (bound by contractual/privacy obligations appropriate to their role)
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
If a business customer connects a mailing-list or CRM integration, contact details you submit on their feedback form may be sent to that provider under the business’s instructions.
5. Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site function, session management (e.g. admin login), and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Business customers control much of the feedback data associated with their account; when an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize associated data according to our deletion process and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data (including HTTPS and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
ReviewWizard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Your choices
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions)
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages
- End customers may also contact the business whose feedback page they used for requests related to that submission
10. Third-party links
Feedback flows may include links to Google, Facebook, or other review platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
